OUR STORY

Still Essentials was born from a place of deep love, loss, and purpose.

In 2015, our founder, Candace, experienced the unimaginable heartbreak of losing her baby boy, born still. In the midst of grief, she found herself searching for peace, something to soothe the weight of memory and emotion. What began as a personal journey toward healing soon became something greater.

In 2019, she launched Cam & Cai a brand created in honor of her son and her rainbow baby. What started as a memorial quickly evolved into a sanctuary of self-care, where scent, memory, and emotion intertwine.

Through her journey, Candace discovered the quiet power of essential oils. One scent in particular Soft Blanket became a source of comfort, gently holding the memories of her son close. Inspired by both personal experience and influence from those around her, she began incorporating oils into her daily rituals.

Today, Still Essentials exists as an extension of that journey, offering products that do more than nourish the body, but also speak to the heart.

We are committed to raising awareness and supporting families who have experienced this profound loss. Through donated care packages to local hospitals, we aim to provide comfort in moments where words often fall short.

As we continue to grow, our vision is to expand this mission through a nonprofit initiative providing resources, support, and future grants to women-owned businesses.
